Full Body Low Impact Conditioning with Bench and Dumbbells | 20 Minutes

This 20-minute low impact interval-style total body conditioning workout requires a mat, a bench or step, a set of dumbbells (I am using 10's), and of course a good cattitude!! We will move through 4 actions for 2 rounds and finish with a pyramid toggling back and forth from core challenge to a strength challenge. Training shoes are optional for this workout as is all the equipment as every action we do can always be done bodyweight.
