Meerut Outrage: BA Student Molested Near School, Accused Beaten by Crowd in Viral Video

Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) – A shocking case of molestation has surfaced in TP Nagar, where a BA student was allegedly harassed and threatened by a man from her locality. The incident took place on Monday afternoon (8 September) near BK School, when the student was returning home with friends.

According to the complaint filed by her father, the accused blocked her path, forced her to talk, and when she resisted, he beat and threatened to kill her while trying to pull her. The student somehow managed to escape and reach home.

Police have registered a case and launched a search for the accused. SP City Ayush Vikram Singh confirmed that officers are also reviewing CCTV footage from the area for evidence.

Meanwhile, a viral video from Nai Basti Colony shows the accused being caught by locals and brutally thrashed. In the clip, several women can be seen pulling his hair and scratching him, while others tore off his shirt and beat him. Eventually, he was taken away on a motorbike by two men before police intervention.
