There are a few places that with the limited ammo you can carry (this early in the game without upgrades that will take significantly longer to get), the best way to make it through that I found was by killing 3 / 4 of them.. save.. restock.. kill a few more.. same pattern. The last guy I take out in this video was one of those huge guys and i was completely out of ammo and used fire to stop him and punched him and he went down. I tried a few time and it became clear that with our limited ammo, there isn't a way to kill them all, and unlike other games, the enemies never seem to de-agro from you.. so running away doesn't work.
