🇱🇹 A train carrying gas exploded in Lithuania, — AP.

Eight cars carrying liquefied gas caught fire in the suburbs of Vilnius, explosions were heard. Residents within a kilometer radius were evacuated.

Police said the cars belonged to the Polish company Orlen and were heading from the refinery to the Baltoji Vokė terminal. The preliminary cause is a man-made accident due to a violation of safety regulations.
