"Good works" and the "Judgment Seat of Christ"!

For saved believers, what are the “good works” necessary to receive “rewards” at the Judgment Seat of Christ?
What about UNsaved UNbelievers?
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
