So many changes

The department of defense was changed to the war of defense by President Donald Trump who signed an executive order for the change it wasn't formally changed. Pete hedman is now the head of the defense of war name changed on his door. It's a lot of changes going on in America whether it's legal or not that's my question what's your answer ?
