Wind

Whispers drift across the sky,
Carrying voices passing by.
Through the valleys, through the trees,
You sing your song on every breeze.

Every gust, a fleeting trace,
Of gentle touch or wild embrace.
Though unseen, you guide my way,
Leading me where dreams can stay.

Wind, you move, you set me free,
Endless roads you show to me.
Every whisper, soft or strong,
Carries me where I belong.
Wind, oh wind, untamed, unknown,
You remind me I’m not alone.

Rushing fast or drifting slow,
Through the fields you always go.
Carving paths where none have been,
Stories woven, thin as skin.

Even when the night is still,
You return to shake the will.
Restless spirit, fierce and kind,
You’re the voice inside my mind.
