#488 These States Get It

There seems to be a trend brewing, largely in the Southeast. State after state has announced its intention to eliminate their state income tax. South Carolina recently joined this group when Nancy Mace, a candidate for governor, announced her plan to reduce South Carolina’s income tax rate to zero.
