Gangstalking Lecture "Extrajudicial" by Emmanuel Isaiah Smith

I would like to begin this post by saying that the United Nations should pass a binding resolution requiring the United States of America to change its name to the United States of Clandestine Thuggery. That is all.

I would like to report to the world, new developments in my gangstalking campaign. I have found out through the street theater mechanism that my gangstalking campaign may have began when I was as young as ten years of age. This would have been 1995, the same year that the Internet became commercially available to the general public via companies such as America Online and various other dial-up web services. Technology was not as sophisticated then as it is today, and the stalkers themselves likely didn't have the access to me that they do today because of it (GPS).
My "handlers" the federal liaisons that direct thuggish, criminally insane, and insane halfwits to my exact location using a phenomenally stupid signalling mechanism that I have exposed to the world just to show its ineptitude, disruptiveness, and politically thuggish auspices.
I have described gangstalking as "monkey business" and for good reason at that. Gangstalking is regional in nature. The gangstalkers themselves come from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, and regardless of their country, nation of origin, occupation, and motivations for participation, they are thugs. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the primates have overrun the control station.
I have had, over the past three months a slew of obviously undercover operatives, many of which act like escaped convicts in their aloof, thuggish, and sloppy demeanor and operation. I suspect that the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice sent these people to me for no reason other than to participate in the thuggery, instigating disruption, and to gather "character reports" on me, although I believe that these reports are likely misshapen, poorly conceived and error-laden acts of political thuggery.
I heard that one of these undercover officers was killed here in Miami while attempting to infiltrate a human trafficking scheme. I gathered this data from the street theater mechanism which offers in an insane way "messages" to the targeted individual being monitored.
This shows that undercover operatives are not safe while doing their jobs and are simultaneously participating in gangstalking, which is a criminally negligent homicidal disruption tactic.
I also suspect that the Cuban government, which for all intents and purposes is a Client State to Russia and China, has extensive operations in Miami, FL, which is only about 100 miles away from the Cuban state. This, to give its US born compatriots an "edge" in ruling the county with relative ease given the nature of governmental interference.
Sickness and disease spreading are a part of the gangstalking protocol here in Miami. It is done in a synchronous fashion using and directing the same useful idiots to intercept the targeted individual at various points in time during the day to cough, sneeze, belch, and use other disgusting physical functions to contaminate the targeted person's air and breathing space repeatedly and often.
This being done to "tame" the targeted individual, which in my case was a monumental failure. The United States of America needs to start thinking about the next 1,000 years. People all over the world will look back on gangstalking's menacing thuggery with disdain, and will wonder how such a political blunder was allowed to manifest.

Gangstalking ultimately represents political chaos. If laws, even those of a national security nature are not properly vetted, debated, and implemented, anything can and will become law.
Congressional Bills are thousands of pages in length and can be easily tampered with without the knowledge of Congress, the voter, or the President.
If the laws implemented become law, and the laws implemented, are not only unconstitutional, but deleterious to freedoms, then the "Democracy" or "Constitutional Republic" labels cannot legally apply to the arrangement... .
It may take time to fully repeal gangstalking, but while it's being investigated and subsequently repealed, it still operates with impunity.
Gangstalking is a call, response, confrontation, and retaliation mechanism that is led by ground-level liaisons. It's retaliation mechanism is semi-violent to outright violent in its operation.
The stalkers themselves operate using a signalling mechanism that has exponentially grown in scope and sophistication given the increase in available disruption technologies.
The signals include physical gestures, verbal commands, vehicular maneuvers, call-and-response signals, inferences, derived musical numbers (in cars, stores, etc .. the derived musical number is a signal as to who the "mark" in the room, street, or other location is.)
My remarks, while harsh, unforgiving, and aggressive, give insight as to the imminence of this heightened threat to civilization.
My remarks on the history of gangstalking are a fulfillment of the investigation of the trajectory of #gangstalking through time, particularly over the past 70 years.
My most brutal comments about gangstalking are a testament to its irrelevant existence, particularly with respect to what constitutes a civil society.
Derived car accidents are a part of gangstalking.
Instigated thuggery are a part of gangstalking.
Workplace mobbing is a part of gangstalking.
Burglaries to home and car are a part of gangstalking.
Street Theater is a part of gangstalking.
Synchronization is a part of gangstalking.
Derived injuries are a part of gangstalking.
Sickness generation and intentional disease spreading and communication are a part of gangstalking campaigns.
There is a part of gangstalking that seems to discredit the targeted individuals that come forward about it. This area of gangstalking focuses on the federally prearranged and programmatic "diagnosis" of targeted individuals with psychiatric problems ranging from psychosis, to deranged paranoia, to schizophrenia. This being done to discredit the targeted individuals' testimony of the program.
While respecting, and even admiring the general histories of various countries, and seeing both the pros and cons of their political decisions, I have found striking similarities between gangstalking and Joseph Stalin's People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs, and Adolf Hitler's Schutzstaffel.
COINTELPRO Operation Hoodwink is the spiritual progenitor to gangstalking. It remains a controversial FBI program (FBI.gov has more (additional ) publically accessible details). It was used to restore common order to the United States of America that political groups like the Ku Klux Klan, The Black Panther Party, and the American Communist Party were perceived by the FBI to have disrupted.
I believe that descendants (offspring) of former Black Panther, Ku Klux Klan, and American Communist Party members are more subject to gangstalking campaigns than people who are not descendants of the above named groups. #gangstalking
Gangstalking exists to "clean up" society by identifying "potentially hazardous" USA citizens, and effectively removing them from society using an open-air incarceration mechanism in which throngs of strange people (gangstalkers) are continually mobilized by federal liaisons to to targeted individual's exact location to confront, detain, and disrupt him.
My more thorough analysis of gangstalking can be read below.
Gangstalking is a social engineering and personal disruption protocol. I believe wholeheartedly that gangstalking persists in local, state, and federal capacities.
Gangstalking is jurisdictionless which means it is federal. It incorporates military/industrial grade stratagem, surveillance, and containment maneuvers.
Who becomes a target is based on a points system which aggregates a person's vital statistics against their living arrangements, parental and/or family or extended family information, household income, public and private records, academic attainment, hobbies and recreational activities, perceived IQ, marital information, Internet activities, juvenile experiences, word-of-mouth stories, and more. When the totality of these factors is summed, a score is generated. Certain scores will "determine" whether a person will be pro social, antisocial, prone to criminal activity, academically successful, poor, wealthy, betrothed, single, a "patriot," a dissident, able to reach an "old" age or not, fit, unhealthy, prone to mental health problems, and more.
People like me, who at some point underwent this investigatory analysis, and were rated as "dangerous," become targeted individuals.
The stalkers are easy for a seasoned targeted person to identify.
Communication is key to the eradication of the program.
The cause is inadequate vetting of congressional legislation by Congress. Every word of every bill (especially national security bills,) should be tightly vetted for outrageous or unconstitutional inserts.
The President of the United States should have the power of the line-item-veto. This ensures presidential involvement in every bill.
The Military Industrial Complex is the beneficiary of gangstalking.
The United States of America has violently and thuggishly attacked its own citizens through it gangstalking harassment and subversion protocol.
There are gangstalking protocols being practiced in the DOJ and the DOD.
The United States Military has been sidetracked by these legislative acts of buffoonish tomfoolery.
Gangstalkers are dumb, nitwitted, psychopathic numbskulls.
Gangstalking is a botched national security measure.
Gangstalking's auspices are thuggish.
Through gangstalking, The United States Federal Government has sanctioned organized disease spreading and sickness generation.
The United States Federal Government, besides the legislative incompetence it has shown in legalizing gangstalking, the national security debacle and crime against humanity, has legalized terrorism, biological warfare, germ warfare, intentional disease spreading, and food contamination as well. Federally guided Gangstalkers, that is to say unpaid patrolmen and patrolwomen who take signals, cues, vehicular signals, and physical cues from other gangstalkers, namely to locate and confront targeted individuals, are used endlessly by federally authorized liaisons to prosecute thuggish and unconstitutional attack protocols against unsuspecting citizens; all of which is done in the name of “national security.” The United States Federal Government (it’s representatives) has engaged in every crime imaginable; from assassinations and cover-ups, to illegal wars and massacres, to taxpayer money misappropriation and perjury. The gangstalking mechanism, which is the federally funded enlistment of rowdy, belligerent, incoherent thug mob militias, is a manifestation of the congressional catastrophe that is the federal, state, and local legislature construct in America. The United States Federal Government is a cheap, illiterate, violent, pandering, and cowardly construct that adheres to no constitutional precepts and no governing philosophy. It is simply a tax-and-spend monstrosity that donates $2T in taxpayer dollars per year (more than every other country in the world combined) on useless, stupid, and time-wasting military expenditures which always trickle down in substance (not always execution) to the law enforcement mechanism and the covert, clandestine, and behind-the-scenes, federal law enforcement mechanism, which has been combined with Department of Defense military stratagem and fusion center all-in-one terrorism and/or fugitive task force operations, to form an omnipresent ever-ready location, surveillance, tracking, apprehension, and disruption mechanism, which is aimed at private citizens that are not under investigation for any crime. These costly, cowardly, and inept mechanisms result in the hidden apprehension of targeted persons, many of which never see the federally authorized thug mobilization tactics that are used against them until the gangstalker approaches them suddenly. This stupid congressional blunder makes the world more dangerous and threatens the credibility of the United States. The United States of America is not a democracy. The United States of America is not a constitutional republic. The United States Federal Government has perpetrated terrorism in other countries and has perpetrated terrorism here in the United States. In other countries, it has used its Department of Defense, Department of Justice, warmongering capabilities, assassination squads, cash reserves, overseas traitorous snitch militias, and power-mongering resources to instigate regime change. It has used these same resources to facilitate seek-and-destroy-styled bloodbaths in foreign countries that it has invaded. The United States Federal Government, using its Departments of Defense and Justice, has carried out covert assassinations in other countries against political and non-political actors under false pretenses, namely for sketchy, political, or war profiteering reasons. The United States Federal Government, using its Department of Justice, has assassinated United States citizens under sketchy or hidden pretenses. The United States Federal Government is directly or indirectly responsible for the deaths of 40,000,000 persons worldwide since 1945. All of these deaths were sacrifices to the United States’ military industrial complex war profiteering module, its blood-for-oil scheme, and its various other blood stained corporate crony stock revenue and national security mechanisms. Here in the United States, the United States Federal Government has continued its treasonous, murderous, and exterminationist system of cronyism, military industrial revenue generating schemes, and “America First” international non-diplomatic thuggery. Gangstalking is a federally funded murder mechanism in which United States citizens are federally rendered as expendable. This process, which is obviously a thuggish excuse to pump more taxpayer money into the military industrial complex which fuels gangstalking, is extrajudicial and lacks any semblance of a notification, habeas corpus, defendant summons, court hearing, legal defense or advocacy, jury, trial, or sentencing. Rather a canal of federally commissioned dirtbags decide in private who of the American populace should be entered into the United States Federal Government’s constitutionally illiterate search-and-destroy protocol, and clandestinely entered their name and vital statistics into a federally kept law enforcement database, one that is top secret and unsearchable by 99.9% of law enforcers in the country. This database, and one’s entry into it, unleashed a torrent of street theater, derived car accidents, workplace mobbing, hostile and/or violent encounters with gangstalking thugs, home invasions, bank account fraud, wire fraud, credit card theft, slander/libel/defamation, voter fraud, identity theft, and orchestrated catastrophes in the life of the targeted individual, all of which are federally directed under the guise of a national security protocol. The United States citizens that are placed in this database are dead to rights and are not considered “real citizens,” but rather fodder for Gangstalkers, people who give and take signals, verbal commands, vehicular cues and the like, to know where to go and when and who to pester and when. The United States Federal Government should ratify a binding resolution designating itself a terrorist state. The United States of America is a terrorist state. This country has legalized terrorism as a matter of congressional legislation. The United States Federal Government has authorized and financed terrorist activities. Terrorism is the new American norm. Terrorist acts have been enabled, sanctioned and sustained by the United States Congress. Terrorism is the prevailing political ideology of the United States of America. Gangstalking, which is terrorist thuggery made manifest, was authorized and steadily reinforced over the past twenty years, using military industrial warfare tactics as its backdrop. Military industrial technologies and weapons are used by federally authorized liaisons that are strategically planted throughout the United States. These liaisons, through a system of signals, cues, vehicular maneuvers, and verbal commands mobilize millions of thuggish, nitwitted, deleterious American pawns called gangstalkers. These gangstalkers live to pester, confront, and attack targeted individuals anytime and anywhere. The United States Federal Government has legalized germ warfare perpetrated by Gangstalkers against targeted individuals. The USA is guilty of biological warfare and mass food contamination as well. The systemic spreading of disease has always been a favorite terroristic mechanism used by various United States governmental entities. The United States of America is not a Democracy. The United States of America is not a Constitutional Republic. Gangstalking, the United States Federal Government's useless, thuggish, and expensive national security protocol has many names. Covert War, community harassment, hate-stalking, cause-stalking, and clandestine stalking are all adjectives used to describe gangstalking. There is another term that is used for gangstalking, one that I would like to focus on; the term is called touchless torture. The United States Federal Government has a long and prolific history of torturing people or using torture as a state-sanctioned protocol. Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib prisons come to mind when referencing more recent instances of USA governmental torture mechanisms. Waterboarding was used in these torture chambers by United States Armed Forces personnel against the Muslim or Arab prisoners, presumably to extract a confession from them about terrorism or something else. All that resulted from this thuggery was false confessions from the tortured prisoners that resulted in misinformation and bad intelligence for the United States Department of Defense to find subsequent terrorism leads with. It is well known among military, law-enforcement, and political factions worldwide that torture is a useless way of interrogating people. As a matter of fact, it is just plain stupid. It is stupid because if the torture is done to someone who is genuinely innocent of their charges or someone who does not know the answers to the questions given, then the damned torture mechanism will do either one of two things; it will kill the prisoner, resulting in another United States turbulent action.

A person does not need a criminal record to become a targeted individual. They do not need terrorist affiliations, to be found to have been planning domestic terrorist attacks, under criminal investigation, or have any derogatory civil or legal records indexed to their name at all.
Gangstalking, being the clandestine, piggish, military industrial/constitution destroyer that it is, can be implemented or attached to anyone, anywhere, at any time, for any reason. The person is never notified, there are no legal proceedings, no official government communications to that person, nor are there any opportunities to fight the implementation, hire an attorney, or otherwise such legal or political assistance to rid yourself of the illbred, poorly conceived, knuckle headed, pig protocol.
Gangstalking is an American failure, a political failure, an anthropological failure, a failure of government, a failure of leadership, a failure of the use of databases and indexes, a failure of tax revenue appropriation, a military industrial complex failure, a civil rights failure, a human rights failure, a failure of democracy, a failure of the rule of law, a failure of allotment of civil liberties, a failure of constitutional republicanism, and a failure to uphold one’s inalienable rights.
The United States is not at war with another country right now. There are no third-world countries for it to invade. No false flag operations to lead the country in to another Middle Eastern war, no more excuses to create terrorist "boogeymen," in other countries, and most recently the military junta of Afghanistan kicked America out of their country. America will never invade Iran, China, North Korea, or Russia for fear of getting decimated.
The American military industrial complex, that was the financial, economic, and political beneficiary of every American war since the Korean War of 1953, (which is technically still going on in theory geopolitically.)—is the root cause of gangstalking, the same as it was the root cause of the Cold War, the Vietnam War, the Persian Gulf War, the War in Iraq, the War in Afghanistan, and various other world-wide skirmishes that America has involved itself in.
The military industrial complex refers to the "military industry" which is the capacity for the United States to spend billions of taxpayer dollars per-year on military war machines, typically in the name of "national security." The companies that produce these war machines and sell them to the United States federal government reap enormous financial profits and serious increases in their stock performance. The contracts that these war companies reap are courtesy of the congress, many of whom obviously get kickbacks from the war companies and line their own pockets in that regard.
Because of the lack of wars being fought by this country around the world, the military industrial complex is wearing thin. With fewer war machines being sold to the United States federal government for its Department of Defense, its companies profits are declining and their stock performances are waning. With so many members of congress with personal and political investments in the success of the military industrial complex, "something had to be done."
Now the United States of America has foolishly and ineptly declared war on its own citizens. Why? Simple. Because it can't declare war anywhere else in the world presently. War generates lots of money for military industrial war-machine makers, and those invested in that particular industry. Why lose out on the guaranteed profits of an industry that taxpayers pay billions to each year anyhow?
Now the United States of America has gangstalking; an undeclared, unannounced, unnecessary war (also called covert war) which stimulates its military industrial complex once again. The war machines needed for gangstalking campaigns against targeted persons who are deemed "undesirable," "subversive," or "violent" by some American federal law enforcement/military industrial database or record-keeping mechanism, namely as a foolhearted pretext to prosecute gangstalking campaigns against them, cost the taxpayers billions of dollars, and generates huge revenues for the war machine makers the same as if the United States decided to find a reason to, and invade a country like Sri Lanka, to stimulate its military industrial complex.
Gangstalking is a United States citizen's own personal false flag operation against them. Like the Gulf of Tonkin, which was this country's excuse for invading Vietnam, or "Weapons of Mass Destruction" which was its reason for invading the Persian Gulf, or "The War on Terrorism," its reason for invading Iraq and the Levant, the targeted individual being secretly, clandestinely, covertly, and unconstitutionally labeled a "threat to national security," a "dangerous person" a "lone wolf" "strange" "unusual" "troublesome" "subversive" "unpatriotic" "a hindrance to American progress," "violent or potentially violent," "dead to rights," or maybe no reason is given at all by this government other than this person "needs to be watched, surveilled, and disrupted." These are the pretexts for a gangstalking campaign, a revenue generator for the military industrial complex.
Gangstalking is the new American norm. The buffoonery that constitutes the simpleminded American governmental protocol has permeated the Executive branch of the United States government (including the office of the President of the United States) the Federal Reserve System, Congress, the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the United States Treasury, and the executive (Gubernatorial) offices and state legislatures of all fifty states, as well as the mayoral offices and city councils of every city, town, municipality, township, and village in the entirety of the country. --------------

Every household in the United States has been, to the delight of the ultra-expensive, tax-payer draining, ultra-secretive, ultra-thuggish military industrial complex, exposed to gangstalking and participates in it to some degree. The DOD and the DOJ have clandestine "national security" protocols that involved plainclothes deputized United States citizens (gangstalkers) that under the direction of the DOD and DOJ coerced the use of signals that gangstalkers could use with each other to indicate that they are "connected" to the gangstalking mechanism, and as a way to clandestinely communicate with each other to the detriment of targeted individuals who are not "linked in" to the communication network. Gangstalkers continually mark targeted individuals as "suspicious" using a system of hand gestures, verbal cues, vehicular maneuvers, noise harassment, color coding, sound-making, and other annoying, intrusive, apish, and brutish communication methods.
The protocols, domination tactics, acts of explicit annoyance to another, implicit acts of ignorance, scent harassment, intentional aggravation, and acts of outright violence are all a part of the federally enabled earmarked national security protocol known as gangstalking.

Every neighborhood, personal residence, business district, church, office building, workplace, retail store, public facility, municipal beach, public park, municipal recreation center, public property, municipal complex or structure, public swimming pool, municipal library, grocery store, convenience store, hardware store, elementary, middle, and high school, college and university, amusement park, movie theater, pub and tavern, nightclub, gentlemen's club, five-star restaurant, fast-food restaurant, buffet-restaurant, concert, mom-and-pop store, warehouse, and gas station is a stronghold for gangstalking and derivative thuggery.
Even information technology firms and big data firms are loaded to the hilt with gangstalking practitioners that actively, willingly, and intentionally sabotage the digital progress of targeted individuals who either don't know, don't understand, or refuse to participate in the verbiage, physical gestures, or other tomfoolery that gangstalkers use to identify one another.
People learn gangstalking in different ways. The first gangstalkers, the ones that received deputization from the federal government circa 2004, learned directly from DOD sources in a "top secret" environment, under the auspices of "national security research."

Laymen and laywomen, which make up the majority of the United States population, learn how to gangstalk targeted persons via word-of-mouth, by observation of other gangstalkers, and by experiencing light gangstalking themselves, by other gangstalkers as a gangstalking training module.
Once a targeted individual is tracked, identified, marked as suspicious, and engaged by one of these annoying buffoons, other buffoons can follow suit if they so choose. Targeted individuals have been entered in a clandestine or "confidential" DOD or DOJ (or both) database as "subversive" or "a threat to national security" or "a threat to the public peace." Privately-owned, private investigatory firms are involved in the sense that they have the ability to collect data on targeted individuals that can be accessed and processed by " Fusion Centers " that can communicate remotely, through electronic means with DOD and DOJ sources.
The official governmental protocols for the initial selection of a targeted individual for processing, surveillance, covert psychological evaluation, sabotage, and disruption are secret and not disclosed to the American public. The reason that this process is secret is because it is unconstitutional, unseemly, unpatriotic, idiotic, despotic, politically heretical, buffoonishly corrupt, treasonous, traitorous, murderous, hateful, violent nonsensical, anthropologically stupid, detrimental to civilization, a boon to humanity, biased, grotesque, and cowardly.
America is a congressional scourge. Over the past 60 years, it has legalized post 9/11/2001 national security earmarks, which are actually tantamount to a number of killing missions, that have threatened the lives, liberties and livelihoods of the citizens of this country.
This country, The United States of America, is a vassal state with various interests trying to control it with these designated legislative mandates (earmarks) that neither Congress nor the people could ever independently have the opportunity to vote on. These earmarks, once passed, have the full force of the law and can make your life suddenly and exponentially worse without you realizing it.
The federal government of the United States authorizes, commits state-sanctioned murder and various catastrophic events in the lives of the targeted individuals and commits these crimes in secret. The national security earmark is the catalyst, and the bills of parliament (Congress ) are the means by which these crimes are carried out.
Gang—stalking is a direct result of allocated military industrial and community oriented / citizen oriented law enforcement programs that affect national security, infrastructure, and other things, sneaking past the judgment and will of Americans, with stealth and unconscionable maliciousness; and we, the people, didn't know that programs such as this existed legally.
Gangstalking was passed post 9/11/2001 unnoticed by the authorizing congressional representatives. This program operates through a variety of harassment, threats, vehicular assaults, home invasions, workplace mobbing mechanisms and/or other violent or murderous mechanisms. This being the case, the passage of these various national security and infrastructure earmarks makes the U.S. federal government guilty of state-sanctioned criminal murder.
Inducing gang harassment (gang stalking) programs and designated or derived personal hazards are the result of several speculations contained in several congressional budgets, national security legislation, and other federal, state, and local laws.
The thousands of pages of legislation that contain malicious earmarked content that most politicians have never read or heard of, could destroy the fabric of American society, end democracy and nullify our status as a constitutional republic.
Gangstalking was invented by bad clowns who did not like the social or economic direction of the country and decided to create a gangster shadow government and shadow army themselves.
The ringleaders of the Gang-Stalk achieved their mad ambitions with the authority the mad exterminationist American congress through a covert/insert/designated mechanism which has permeated federal, state and local US legislatures.
Those targets, (targeted indivisuals) including myself, take our experience with this inflammatory program and its destructive and highly intrusive nature very seriously.
An itemized veto (the line-item veto) is the only way to destroy this horrible and unconstitutional bullying contract known as gang bullying or community harassment.
The US government has committed state-sanctioned murder. State-sanctioned killings are part of a ubiquitous gang-harassment program that runs through American society.
Gang stalking is the result of thousands of congressional appropriations (secretly hidden legislative and statutory provisions) that have passed Congressional legislatures and have been incorporated into American law.
Gang stalking is the mobilization, referral, and targeting of [people who have been assigned lifelong gang stalking activities] by U.S. citizens as part of their daily activities.
Gangsters are responsible for the resulting car accidents, street violence, and deadly confrontations with the police for fake 911 calls, all of which are used as weapons against targeted individuals.
Because gang-stalking is a global scourge, these dramas happen all over the world.
The United States of America, at -$32,000,000,000.00 in net worth, at the legislative mercy of inept politicians that know neither the law or good governance, and at war with its own citizens via military industrial thuggery, ought to hold a vote in Congress as to whether or not to officially designate this country a banana republic, a failed state, and an enemy belligerent to its people.
The gangstalking mechanism that United States citizens are placed in is a database driven American catastrophe.
