In this video I walk you through a general perspective of how strength training works. If you have an interest in powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting then this is general principles they also focus on (minus bench press for Olympic lifting).

This is super general and subject to change for different people and can include different exercises and whatnot. For example, you could switch squats for hack squats or leg press if injury or range of motion is an issue.
