911 Cantor Fitzgerald Partner says, "My government is the ENEMY"

It is my turn. I do a humble ramble on rumble about my truth.
Oh yeah, Secretary of Commerce, Howard "Crocodile Tears" Lutnick, you owe the 658 Cantor lost and me $673,888,633.78 (Bill of Complaint over 30 days, past due).

Delivered by Certified Mail August 4, 2025, to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Department of Commerce of the United States, and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.

Legal Maxim: “He who does not deny, admits.”

Affidavit, statement of truth (unrebutted/uncontested):

I was a partner of Cantor Fitzgerald during the roughly fourteen-year period I worked there.

I purchased the partnership when I started in 1996, and when the first offering occurred after 9/11 to help get the firm back on its' feet.

As a result of my post termination dispute my partnership units were seized/stolen by Howard Lutnick, and my patent titled METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR GENERATING AN INVESTMENT TRUST COMPRISING NEUTRALIZED SECURITIES Patent No.: US 2008/0162372 A1 was stolen by Howard Lutnick’s fraudulent assignment.

I have never assigned the patent.

The patent is significant because it enables the trading of carbon credits and more. I believe collateralized crypto currencies are violating the patent.

My long legal dispute with Howard Lutnick and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Inc. is standard operating procedure. All of Wall Street and anyone who has worked at Cantor Fitzgerald knows that Howard Lutnick will spend big money to own the court.

What is extraordinary in my case is that I won my arbitration as being wrongfully terminated, and that the damage was significant.

To put it simply, I was a great employee.

Simple logic is that if I was determined to be a great employee; then, I must be a great partner.

Please read below the timeline of events because I think it will make it easier to understand.

4/30/09…Partnership Call, distribution of $5.12 per Unit Announced
5/4/09...After almost fourteen years of employment and one horrific 9/11event, I was terminated.
5/5/09...Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. signs and submits a clean FINRA U-5 that the reason for termination was restructuring.
5/6/09...Receive Termination material, enclosed is a check for $7600 approx. and notice of one month of medical coverage after working and Partner at Cantor since 7/96.
Also, Cantor Patent attorney calls to ask me to assign my patent NOT knowing that I had been terminated. He was very surprised by this.
5/8/09…Patent material arrives for me to assign patent. I called the Cantor Patent attorney regarding my Compensation Agreement as it related to the patent. He tells me he knows nothing about it. I send him the terms and ask for it to be confirmed before I can assign patent. No response ever.
5/11/09…Eric Lovelace is hired to run the Convertible/Structured Products Dept.. Eric Lovelace was a key part of a business plan that I submitted to Phil Marber in 10/08, and then again later to Shawn Matthews when he took over Phil Marber’s role. Shawn Matthews interviewed Eric Lovelace and others that were part of my business plan while I was at Cantor.
Shawn Matthews attempted to hire several of my recommendations after my termination.
5/29/09...Engaged O'Rourke & Associates to represent me for breach of my employment contract.
8/5/09...Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. takes a position that the employment contract is void due to 9/11.
12/29/11 (2 years, 7 months later)...FINRA awards through Binding Arbitration in my favor. The panel awards compensatory damages of $915,366.00 attorney fees of $326,402.32.
1/30/12...Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. files to vacate award in New York Supreme Court.
3/20/12...New York Supreme Court before Judge Ramos. Judge Ramos rules to vacate the FINRA Award of legal fees in favor of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
5/29/12...Appeal decision to New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department
6/11/13 (4 years later)...New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department reverses Judge Ramos ruling in my favor and awards the $326,402.32 attorney fees.
8/19/13...Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. wires funds for award. Legal costs associated with post arbitration total $99,030.84 that cannot be recovered.
Legal Costs Grand Total was $425,433.16.

I believed that my partnership would be returned to me after winning an exhaustive battle of employment capabilities and worth.

Instead, Howard Lutnick and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Inc. seized/stole my partnership and my patent.

My attorney advised me that it would be too costly to pursue my partnership because Howard Lutnick will outspend you. That is what he does.

Howard Lutnick is a thief and fraudster.

The United States Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, who oversees the United States Patent and Trademark Office has fraudulently assigned a highly valued and globally cited patent to his firm.

Also, Howard Lutnick has seized and retained all value of the Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. partnership of Andrew Hamilton Pritchard that was one of the few that remained to rebuild Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. after 911.

Howard Lutnick is diabolical and will do anything for power.

I will never forget.
