YouTube is KILLING Small Channels and I Need YOUR Help!

YouTube has been stifling growth for smaller channels since June. Several people have discussed this topic and it hasn't gotten better in the preceding months. Thanks to new regulations, features and policies, there appears to be no recourse from the site and it fall to the individual creators to make a difference or die trying.

After 5 years of struggle, I am not about to give up so easily. I need your help.
