Day 4 Sober 💪 and today's been the hardest day of my journey so far. I woke up exhausted with chest pains and had to learn how to deal with cravings without the help of my usual boxing session.

Join me as I take an actual rest day to help my body recover and work through some of the toughest triggers yet. I'm sharing how I'm using journaling, meditation, and stretching to stay grounded and on track when I can't hit the gym.
