9/11: War Games & Military Training Exercises Planned

On September 11 2001, numerous war games & military exercises were running simultaneously together, meant to confusing the pilots with real world & training scenarios. There was also a policy change in June 2001, calling for the Secretary of Defence to be in charge of policy regarding hijacked planes.
