Homemade Chilli Garlic Chips ♥️

2 medium Potatoes
Cold water
1 tablespoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Oil for frying

Spice Mix:
1 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp mango powder (amchur)

Slice potatoes very thin using a knife or mandoline.
In a bowl, mix cold water + 1 tbsp vinegar.
Add the potato slices and soak for 20–30 minutes.
(This removes starch and makes them extra crispy.)

Pat the slices completely dry with paper towels or a clean cloth.

Heat oil on medium heat. Fry the chips in small batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

While still warm, toss the chips with your spice mix and enjoy! ♥️
