Creamy Habanero Lime Buldak Ramen with Wingstop-Inspired Corn 🌽🔥😍

Ingredients:

For the Ramen:
2 packs Habanero Lime Buldak Ramen
1 tbsp oil or butter
4–5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2–3 fresh red chilis, sliced
1.5 cups heavy cream
Both Buldak sauce packets
About 1/2 cup starchy noodle water
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Lime slices, for topping

For the Corn Topping:
1 large or 2 small corn cobs, sliced into thick rounds
1 tbsp oil (to fry corn)
1.5 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
Optional: amchur (dry mango powder) or a squeeze of lime

Ramen
Boil 2 packs of noodles, save around 2/3 cup of starchy water, and drain the rest. In a large pan, heat oil or butter, sauté garlic slices until golden.

Add gochujang and fresh red chili slices, cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stir well, then add both Buldak sauce packets and the reserved noodle water. Simmer the sauce until creamy and slightly thickened.

Add in the noodles and toss until fully coated. Top with mozzarella, let it melt, and finish with lime slices.

Corn Topping:

Pan-fry corn rounds in a little oil until golden on the edges.

In a separate pan, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, then stir in paprika, salt, oregano and optional mango powder or lime juice. Toss the fried corn rounds in the garlic butter mix. Top your ramen with this buttery spicy corn! 😍😍 and ENJOY!!
