I Ate ONLY FRUIT For A Week And This Happened | Day 6 & 7
I did it! My week-long fruit fast is officially over! But not forever. Although this week was challenging, the fruit taught me a lot. The most notable was my digestion - it was the best it’s ever been. Like under 60 seconds needed for each bowel movement (TMI? Sorry that’s just me) Coming back to my typical cream of rice bowl on day 8 had me feeling sluggish and bloated, not sure if I always felt this way or if it’s just since the food is something other than fruit. This difference showed me just how good my digestion can and should be going forward. I will definitely be incorporating more fruit based meals into my diet going forward. And, this inspired me to try other versions of a vegan diet - maybe I’ll go Whole Food Plant Based or Raw Vegan for a week.
