I think I figured this fruit fast out! My digestion has improved significantly compared to pre- fruit fast. I am still crushing my workouts and have enough energy for long hikes, and I figured out how much I need to eat to maintain - and even gain - weight! ONLY 5000+ calories and about 57-68 grams of protein a day, but I feel like I’m thriving (for now - not sure if I can keep this up long term).
