HI!!, I'm NellieBean! I am a Photographer and Artist . I like Fitness ( Beginner weightlifting & a beginner at Body Building).

Like I said , I am a beginner at bodybuilding and weightlifting.

-smith machine( under a controlled environment) I do these:

flat bench press: 60/ 70 pounds
incline bench press 60/70 pound 30°

-conventional deadlift: 285

-sumo deadlift: 110

-snatch grip deadlift: 110pounds

-top goal for conventional deadlift : 300 pound hopefully in 2026<3

-learning power clean just for fun.

Conventional squat: 110 pounds

-free weighted deadlift: 200 to 250pounds (depends on how I feel)

I regularly deal with (fatigue) and (anxiety) And you can definitely tell . Please be kind. we all have something were going through.
