Time to Rise: A Prophetic Call to Obedience In The Time of Great Shaking

In the original video message I delivered, I came to you not simply to comfort but to call — a call to rise up, a call to repent and a call to take your place as one who reigns and rules with the Lord. This is a message for those who have ears to hear: the house of God belongs to God, the scepter of authority is being handed to those who will not compromise, and the season of sudden victory and great shaking is upon us.

Introduction: Why I’m Speaking This Word

I want to begin by reminding you of a core truth: when we enter the house of God in worship, it is God who invites us in. This is His house. Too often we approach church as if it belongs to a denomination, a tradition, or an institution. No—the house of God belongs to God, and when we show up to worship He allows Himself to be manifestly seen and experienced.

Over the last weeks I’ve been hearing a consistent, piercing call to prepare. I was given an assignment to go into the courts of heaven and to “accuse the accuser.” Yet the Lord told me plainly: the assignment is given, but the body is not yet ready to receive its full expression. Why? Because many are still hiding, compromising, or afraid to exercise what God has promised. Today I want to press that understanding deeper into you and prepare our hearts for what is coming.

The Central Call: Come Out of Compromise and Take Dominion

God is looking for a people who are willing to move from faith into action — from promise into practice. He told me He is “running to and fro” across the nations looking for those who are genuinely ready to reign with scepters. The scepter is the rod of authority. It is the place of rulership. If you are unwilling to obey wholeheartedly, you will not carry that scepter when the time comes.

We must stop behaving like the world outside when we leave the house of worship. Jesus kicked over the tables of the money changers because God’s house is not a place for compromise. When God asks you to act, do it fully. Obedience invites His hand to be upon you — before you, behind you, all around you.

Practical signs of a church ready to reign
Bold obedience instead of moral compromise.
A readiness to speak and declare God’s promises publicly.
A refusal to live in timidness and fear when exposed to trials.
Disciples trained to walk in authority, not entitlement or passivity.
Psalm 27: A Weapon and a Declaration
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the fortress of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? One thing I have asked of the Lord, that I will seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life...

We read Psalm 27 as a present-tense decree. It is not merely David’s ancient words — it is our voice in this hour. We declare: the Lord is our light and salvation; why are we afraid? He will conceal us in the house of the Lord when troubles come. We are to proclaim His name among the assembled, and to praise Him in the great assembly.

When you speak these words you are prophesying them into your present reality. Expect sudden victories — the Bible is full of them. The Red Sea, the collapse of enemy armies after worship in 2 Chronicles, Gideon’s three hundred — these are patterns available to us now. If Scripture recorded it, we can experience it. So ask: what are you afraid of? The Lord has already invited you to stand firm.

The Great Shaking Is Near — Prepare to Praise Through the Noise

I believe we are on the cusp of a moment the Scriptures would call a “great and terrible day.” But hear me: it will be great for God’s people. Think of the Israelites standing before the Red Sea — to them it was a terrible day until God turned it into a great day by a supernatural act. The noise of the enemy will be loud, the earth will tremble, governments will stagger — but the people of God who are rooted will not faint.

We must be prepared to praise in the midst of upheaval. Praise is not merely an emotive response; it is a strategic weapon. Singing and declaring God’s worth have caused armies to implode in Scripture. Worship is the signal that changes atmosphere and summons angelic response.

What this shaking will do
Expose hidden structures opposed to God.
Separate the righteous from the unrighteous.
Provide the opportunity for restoration and repentance.
Scepters, Crowns and the Call to Reign

I shared with you stories I’ve watched other prophetic voices declare — Tony Iromi on scepters and crowns, Tim Sheets on scrolls — and they’re all saying the same thing in different languages. The scepter will never leave the tribe of Judah; leadership, authority and divine rulership are returning to those who stand in obedience.

God is calling out leaders who will not trade truth for compromise. The scepter is not given to the fearful, the compromised, or the indifferent. It is given to those who will stand firm, who will judge in righteousness, and who will steward authority well. The Lord is raising new rods of authority now — but He’s also testing to see who will pick them up and carry them with integrity.

Repentance, Forgiveness and Practical Preparation

Repentance is not optional. If the Lord is going to hand back power, He will first cleanse the hands of those who carry it. That means forgiving offenses, leaving yesterday’s baggage behind, and walking into this new season with clean hands and a firm heart. I asked you to practice this: forgive, let go of resentment, and take up the garments of righteousness.

Put on the full armor of God: the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith. Those pieces produce a life that can confront darkness, and they enable you to stand before things that would otherwise collapse your courage.

Daily disciplines to strengthen your readiness
Quiet time and rest in God — receive strategy in the silence.
Daily declarations — speak God’s promises out loud.
Forgiveness exercises — free yourself from past baggage.
Teaching and discipleship — train like Gideon’s three hundred.
Examples and Testimonies: Dominion in Action

These truths are not theoretical. I shared an encounter at Medicine Hat where I confronted UN soldiers standing with guns, and the boldness to speak came from the shield of faith. When you carry the dominion God has given, unimaginable things become manageable. You will find yourself telling evil, “You have no right here,” and the atmosphere can change because you stand in authority.

We are not called to be passive. We are called to be worshipful warriors — to praise and to push back. Reigning and ruling is not a tranquil complacency; it is worship that moves into strategic action. We will not sit by and watch injustice rule. We will call it what it is and demand righteousness in the land.

Prophetic Encouragement: The Faith Bar Has Been Raised

I heard clearly: the Lord has raised the faith bar. If you are a pole vaulter, He’s added half a meter. Can you jump higher? He expects you to rise with Him. This season will draw you out of your comfort zone so you can receive higher responsibilities in God’s kingdom. Your endurance, your declarations, and your alignment with God will cause angels to move and mountains to shift.

God promises that those who know Him will do great exploits. He expects more from those He trains. If you want the acceleration, you must push the accelerator by faith — speak, decree, act, and step out.

Do not be silent

Your mouth matters. The frequency of victory is projected out of your voice. Declare what God has said. Speak victory. Speak justice. Declare righteousness. When you do, you help enact the very changes God intends to release across nations.

Final Exhortation: Are You Ready to Move?

We stand now on the edge of something immense. Governments may stumble. Nations may be shaken. But God is calling to a faithful remnant who will not be compromised. If you are willing to pick up the authority He extends, if you will speak, worship, and obey — you will see wonders written into your family story for generations to come.

This is not coddling. This is a burning call to faithful action: repent, forgive, rest in God, and then step out in obedience. If you love Jesus you will do what He commands. Open your mouth. Let the sound of victory come from you. Wear the armor. Walk in dominion. We are being prepared for a season when God moves rapidly on behalf of His children.

We are a Gideon’s army — small but mighty. We will not be silent. We will not tolerate the evil that kills and destroys. We will speak, we will worship, and we will move in the authority Jesus gave us. This is our hour to be counted worthy to steward what He will pour out.
