Info from Licensor: "After hearing a woman screaming outside my home at midnight, I ran out barefoot, saw her bruised and bloody, and asked if she needed help. She said her boyfriend beat her and ran off. I offered to call 911. She said no. I offered an Uber. She said no. I helped her find her glasses. A neighbor came out to help, She left safely. That’s it. That’s what happened.
