NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

A cold front and very weak low pressure system will be tracking through today. This could bring parts of the area a few snow/rain showers or flurries. If there's any snow accumulation, it should stay under 1/2". Highs will be in the mid/upper-30s & then falling during the afternoon with strong/gusty winds picking up behind the cold front. Colder air rushes in behind this system for tonight bringing lows in the lower-/mid-teens. That will be accompanied by wind, so the wind chills will feel quite chilly........dropping below zero. Wednesday and Thursday look blustery and colder, but still not that bad for this time of year with highs in the upper teens to low-20s. A slow moving clipper moves through late Friday into Saturday morning. This could bring us some light snow with highs near 30.
