“That’s not war. That’s common sense.”

Illinois Gov @JBPritzker have accused Pres Trump of threatening to go to war w/ Chicago so I asked Trump if he was doing so. He said that was “fake news.” I followed up & asked why he was using the DoD & he replied “That’s not war. That’s common sense.”
