9/6/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Ex Fed Gov't National Defence/National Security Guy

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The video description has too many space limitations to fully type out my intended video title. What I meant for the video title was actually, "I am former Federal Govenment functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, and that I was at a Tim Horton's restaurant meeting with two of my government contacts, one is provincial, and the other is federal, in different agencies". The video platform title line restricted my number of character spaces.

I often meet with some of my factions of anti corruption government/corporation official and politician friends, and/or my international group associates to trade collected uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators. It is very easy to pass along micro SD cards, USB memory sticks filled with videos, photographs, and other information. Use your imagination as to how the exchanges can happen. The physical in person exchanges can not be electronically intercepted or blocked by internet means from some other farther away places. A mixed digital and physical files transfers are more resilient because they are decentralized and spread out all over. Massive resources will have to be wasted on tracking each and every possible clue.

Those anti corruption government/corporation officials have a hate on for their corrupt colleagues and the corrupt gangstalking perps and collaborators doing their bidding. The other international groups also feel the same way towards all of the perps and corrupt officials in every city and every country on Earth. That is why there is more than one anti perp inside every public, private, community organization digging around for the multiple corrupt perp members of those organizations. The corrupt half of any organization are being watched by the non corrupt half of any organization in every city and country.

You will be able to see some of the various perps all deciding that they really need to go and buy Tim Horton's coffee and donuts at that same time. That is what gangstalking perps and collaborators do. It just means more efficient video and photograph collection for me and my associates when they all bunch up like that. It is like comparing fishing with a rod and line as opposed to fishing with an industrial fishing trawler ship with large nets to scrape the oceans clean of all the fish by sweeping across large areas of the open oceans.

Look at the dejected and some clueless faces in the food waiting line up. They know they can't escape their internet fame or else they have barely any clue about their impending internet fame. Me and my two government functionary friends were openly talking about all kinds of things in plain sight of everyone. We talked about how the internet is a wild jungles for of global predators lurking around to look for interesting information that has been shared by many. We suspected that some of the "disappearances" were probably due, in part, to all of the shared video and photographic images. They were totally clueless while listening to us talk about geopolitics and other stuff.

Watch the head covered Muslim female in the white track pants, watch her hand motions as she stretched. She showed up to purposefully listen to what we were talking about. My friends are government functionaries (provincial, federal), and I am an ex Federal Government functionary. We already spotted all the perps the very second they stepped inside the restaurant.

The perps actually thought they were a match for three government skilled guys. That is comedy bordering on the absurd. The head covered muslim female did a hand signal to the outside perp and/or perp handler to signal her withdrawal by pretending to be stretching. She then went into the female washroom to hide away for 30-40 minutes to only come out again after we had left and waited for her to come out in the parking lot area to record some more video and photographs.

You can bet on it that I was in communications with some of my international group associates and government/corporation officials and politicians. They will go back and share what they were given with the other anti corruption officials behind them.
