PM Session: Hard Shoulder, Tricep And Forearm Workout
Hey Y'all! Here's the second training session for the day. This session includes a comprehensive shoulder workout, triceps workout, and forearm workout.
We will use the Positions of Flexion principles to train each muscle from all angles. This will help to stimulate the maximum amount of muscle fibers. It's not an easy workout, but it is fun and fulfilling. It feels good to push yourself and accomplish something!
