From Uncertainty to Opportunity – Mr. Mayank Rathi, PIBM Alumni (Class of 2011)

Meet Mr. Mayank Rathi, one of our proud alumni who started his journey at PIBM as part of the 2nd batch when the institute was just beginning. Today, he leads as Section Head at UBS Business Solutions India in Hedge Funds & Corporate Actions.

Back in 2009, Mr. Rathi and his batchmates joined a college still in its early stages, unsure of what the future would hold. But with the proper guidance of Chairman Dr. Ramanpreet Sir, supportive faculty members, late-night mentorship sessions, and a culture of practical learning, Mr. Rathi discovered a pathway to success.

At PIBM, he built leadership, management, and client-centric skills that still drive his corporate journey today.

His mantra for future aspirants: “Apply theory practically, be client-focused, think logically, and stay transparent.”
