School Board Race Candidate Directs Focus on Undue Foreign Influence

WASHINGTON (September 7, 2025)—In 2021, during one school board candidate’s last run for an empty seat on the Arlington Public School (APS) Board, all eyes turned away from reports of record learning losses, and a lethal pandemic, to cast their eyes on the cosmos, while the Intelligence Community (IC) had burned the midnight oil to redouble their efforts to determine the proximal origins of a novel coronavirus, to which one departing school board member had lamented last December he and his colleagues would always be connected. Excited that the congress was focusing on aliens and UFOs filled imaginations, while, in reality, Congress was only changing the name to UAPs, discarding the term, “unidentified flying objects” with “unexplained aerial phenomenon” for primarily defense personnel, the apparent targets of much “alien technology” sightings, a community known for its multiple acronyms, like UFI, or “undue foreign influence”, easily vulnerable to typographical errors on a QWERTY keyboard, as anyone in IO, i.e., Intelligence Oversight, can tell you. Was it a mere coincidence that the general public had been misdirected while the “puzzle palace” did its work, in a dubious tasking that had appeared to have run afoul of the jurisdiction of the IC, greatly restricted by Executive Order 12,333, after the Watergate scandal?

The final, unclassified report on UAPs would be released on the same day, coincidentally, as a case had been dismissed, under the radar of even the press, which had been commenced in July 2021, in relation to OMB FOIA No. 21-220, taking far longer to dismiss than a recent case filed by one Top Nine law firm, Wilkie Farr Gallagher LLP, on behalf of APS, even though that FOIA case, with a court-acknowledged “protracted history” had been described by DoJ as “ripe for dismissal”, and warranting a summary affirmance of dismissal on appeal, according to counsel for Meta Platforms, Inc. at the best law firm in San Francisco, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLC. And, while pandemic is in the rear view mirror for most Americans, “as the two-month sprint to Election Day in Arlington begins”, one local candidate for school board”, in the community with the most government scientists, at a kickoff candidate forum hosted by the Arlington Civic Federation had “acknowledged he was in the race mostly to provide a forum for his views, largely focused on the response to the Covid pandemic”.

With current cases in state as far south as Norfolk and federal courts, Major Mike Webb may not be the director of a nonprofit that charges businesses and groups to moderate difficult conversations on race, like his front runner opponent, Monique “Moe” Bryant, but he is battling in courts against senior partners at the nation’s top law firms, state prosecutors, including the George Soros-financed prosecutors in Norfolk and Arlington, Ramin Fatehi and Parisa Dehghani-Tafti, and even Judge Jeanine Pirro, now representing the White House, and is raising the claim of UFI, undue foreign influence connected to a novel virus with 96% affinity to a bona fide “Made in China” horseshoe bat coronavirus, early identified by the HHS Secretary as a “CBRN agent or agents”, or a biological weapon, that, with no alarms raised, had attacked two Presidents, one Vice President and half the Congress. How much did the Government know, and when did they know it? The vexatious by any definition litigation hobbyist is asking that question this week in motions for partial summary judgment on criminal negligence, aiding and abetting, and acting as an accessory before and/or after the fact. Shouldn’t the Attorney General be handling that? Perhaps elections are more important.
