"Democrats have ran Chicago decade after decade, and I've come to the conclusion that Black lives don't matter to Democrats, Black votes do, and that's what's continued day after day as they use this racial rhetoric, which has nothing to do with public safety. They should be saying law and order with President Donald Trump, and they're not."
