Unlocking "Dangerous Skies" Isle of Dorn | Dornogal (Warcraft)

My character cannot fly in Dornogal after update.. You have to go to fight at the beaches though Dalaran Quest Chain --- but I can't see the quest? That's because you can't port there or it won't be available!
