2 to 3 Eggs, at room temperature
½ cup Half-and-half cream or whole milk
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp pure Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Butter and oil for the pan
*For the Fruit Glaze:*
2 tablespoons of butter
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Orange Juice or any liqueur you prefer
In a small pan, heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter.
