🚀 Lensman: Power of the Lens (1987) – The anime adaptation of E.E. “Doc” Smith’s classic pulp sci-fi series that dares to ask: what if Star Wars and Tron had a baby and left it in the VHS bargain bin? Expect psychic powers, space battles, and animation that may or may not have aged like spoiled Tang.

🛸 Warp Speed (1981) – A made-for-TV pilot that tried to warp into Star Trek’s orbit… but ended up crash-landing on late-night cable instead. With a cast of TV regulars and a budget smaller than your local Comic-Con fan film, this is pure cosmic camp.

So grab your popcorn, your space helmets, and your sense of humor. We’re riffing, roasting, and maybe even praising the occasional cool laser blast.
