East Side KIds: That Gang of Mine, 1940

One of the street kids wants to be a jockey. When he and his group find a destitute old guy with a championship race horse, he gets his opportunity. The gang must first raise enough cash to cover the race's admission costs before the man will allow the boy to ride his horse in a race.
