Ensaymada, a classic filipino dish! One of my favorites snacks growing up!

Recipe:
1 egg, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp dry yeast, 1 cup warm milk (might need more), 3 tbsp oil, 3 cups flour (I love using King's Arthur Bread Flour), 1 tsp salt, and margarine (or sweet butter) & sugar for toppings.

* mix the egg, sugars, yeast, and milk. Add the oil, flour, and salt. You can use a mixer to mix the ingredients, but I prefer mixing by hand as you feel the dough more.
* cover and rest till the dough is double its size. Approx. 1-3 hours dependin on the humidity.
* Once doubled, deflate the dough and divide to smaller pieces, it's up to you how big you want them to be.
* Roll the smaller pieces to 10-12 inces and coil them as shown on the video.
* Rest for 15-20 minutes covered with a towel. While resting, heat oven to 155F. Brush with eggwash, and bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
* Cool down for 10-15 minutes and brush with sweet butter and dip in sugar. Enjoy!
