They took everything (4)

This is the story of a life ruined as a result of an entirely corrupt system. Many within the majority socioeconomic demographic are vulnerable to these same circumstances, which I have fallen victim to. After nearly 20 years of fighting to free myself from the grip of the institutions responsible and the people who benefit from them, I have lost that fight and I am now homeless, having lost everything that I worked for my entire adult life. I want this story to be heard so that perhaps I can get the justice I deserve and that others won't have to endure the suffering caused by such unacceptable and despicable acts.

This is a very condensed summary of some of the events leading to my circumstances:

After graduating from boatbuilding school, I began my career as a boat builder. I was rendered unemployed in 2010 as a result of the financial crisis of 2008 after working in that industry for about 4 years. Following a very difficult search for employment, I began working for a married couple who became a client of mine during the next 4 years. I would learn that my client(the husband) was a high-level executive for the Tokyo branch of Goldman Sachs.

My relationship with this client ended when they failed to pay for my services, costing me tens of thousands of dollars. This very nearly sent me into financial ruin. As a result of this theft, the IRS was unwilling to let me file my taxes beginning in 2015 and continuing up to this day. For over ten years, I have been unable to reap the benefits of living in this society by being barred from accessing loans from financial institutions, forcing me to rent indefinitely and subjecting me to the burdens and injustices of being condemned to that fate.

In addition to their theft, an acquaintance of theirs held me for ransom in the amount of $14,000 and attempted to kill me when I refused to pay. This 14,000 dollar ransom was for a debt that my client owed these people who are very well-connected real estate developers in Portland Maine and New York. The previously mentioned client might have been involved in the orchestration of this ransom.

About a year later, I fell ill, and the health care system continually refused to provide me with a referral to a rheumatologist, allowing my health to decline. This went on for years and left my body ravaged.

In late 2020, I developed sleep apnea. This resulted in an inability to sleep, and this lack of sleep caused a severe impact on my vertigo, which I had developed as a child due to a traumatic incident. I was refused a cpap by my doctor and the otolaryngologist that I was seeing. That otolaryngologist continually refused a prescription for a cpap for months, ignoring my pleas for help. This sleep deprivation created a
magnification of my vertigo and caused extreme psychological distress. Because of this horrible new affliction that I was enduring along with the extortion and harassment by my landlord and other theft from various sources, I eventually succumbed to the overwhelming stresses and was struck by a complete nervous breakdown in March of 2022. When my landlord saw how terribly weak I had become, he evicted me.

I was rendered homeless by that landlord of ten years who, during my tenancy there, employed extortionist tactics, harassment, theft, and slanderous claims against my character. That man cost me nearly 20,000 dollars as a result of unpaid work, theft, damage to my equipment, etc, and he put me on the street when I was in the weakest and most vulnerable condition of my life. He did this while I was still paying rent as his goal was to deal the maximum amount of damage and ensure that I became homeless when I needed time and peace to heal.

These individuals are protected by this system built on lies and greed while it silences and shackles the hard-working people whose tax dollars fund its existence.

I have lost nearly everything but my will to survive. They have taken my health, my tools and livelihood, my reputation, and my time, which I am quickly running out of. I want this story to be told before I leave this world. Perhaps it could help bring the people responsible to justice and maybe even give me another chance at this life.
