The Bent-Over Row primarily activates the back and shoulder muscles, such as the latissimus dorsi, trapezius (middle and lower), and rhomboids for pulling movements of the scapulae. The posterior deltoid and rotator cuff muscles (such as teres minor) are also activated, as are the elbow flexors (biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis), and the core and lower back muscles for stabilization.

A Remada Curvada com Pegada Pronada ativa principalmente os músculos das costas e dos ombros, como o latíssimo do dorso, trapézio (médio e inferior) e romboides para os movimentos de tração das escápulas. O deltoide posterior e os músculos do manguito rotador (como redondo menor) também são ativados, assim como os flexores do cotovelo (bíceps braquial, braquial e braquiorradial), e músculos do core e da região lombar para estabilização.
