The Claim

The faith wasn’t just taken, stolen or hijacked but rather the scripture used was overly embellished by a faith that is at odds with Christianity. We are asleep. They wanted us to lose faith in the Lord, drawing us to their pagan worship. We need to be strong, vigilant and to counter them. We need to bring the scripture back to its glory days, God willing, we will.

The verse mentioned in this episode that is in the old testament, a foretelling of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion, was King David Psalm 22:16. It’s heavily contested by both faiths and a proper translation is definitely needed. To hear my translation of it, it was done in a previous episode called End Times – Guilty By Association.

If you need help finding a good translation of the bible and the Vigilant Bible hasn’t been fully translated yet, then consider a Septuagint. Most orthodox Christians and Catholics use a Septuagint rather than an NIV or a KJV. Always look at genesis chapter 4:9… most bible translations are inaccurate and read “am I my brother’s keeper?”. The verse translated properly actually means “I’m not my brother’s guardian, am I?” The term used for guardian is “keep” as in a “castle keep”… it means “to guard”. “Keeper” alludes to some form of slave ownership, with which, is inaccurate.
