Earth

Roots run deep beneath our feet,
Silent heart with steady beat.
Mountains rise and rivers flow,
Holding stories we don’t know.

Every stone, a tale of time,
Every field, a sacred rhyme.
Through the seasons, through the years,
You have carried all our tears.

Earth, you breathe, you give us life,
Through the calm and through the strife.
Every forest, every flame,
Echoes softly with your name.
Earth, oh earth, strong and wide,
You are the ground on which we rise.

Whispered winds and oceans near,
Every sound is crystal clear.
From your soil, the seeds are grown,
Every heartbeat is your own.

Even when the skies are torn,
You remain, forever worn.
Yet your strength will never fade,
In your arms, we’re gently made.

Earth, you breathe, you give us life,
Through the calm and through the strife.
Every forest, every flame,
Echoes softly with your name.
Earth, oh earth, fierce and true,
Every breath begins with you.
