My eye's are bigger than my stomach. My weight loss has been a journey. 40 pounds. 162 pound now! I have ten more pounds to go, but when I'm at 152, I'm going to continuously take the semiglutide as prescribed by the Veterans Affairs Health Care. Other than that It was an uphill battle because sometimes I did not lose no weight.
I struggles with eating because sometimes my eyes are bigger than my stomach. If I'm with someone else I cannot eat the same portions as them. It takes such a slither to make me feel full. A bite or two that's it. Free smells ....
