Chili Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 box of black beans
1 box pinto beans
1 box kidney beans
2 boxes of Pomi chopped tomatoes
1 large zucchini, diced
1 cup of cut mushrooms
1 cup of diced onion
2 or more garlic cloves, minced

Meat: 1lb of grassfed/grass-finished ground beef; sourced locally!

Spices – feel free to use organic natural spices you enjoy!

I use: 2 teaspoons sea salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon basil ½ teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS:

Cook in crock-pot or on the stove top. For crock-pot cooking – 2 hours on high heat.

Stir occasionally and add seasonings to taste. Stove top – medium-high heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally and add seasonings to taste. Add any water when necessary. The tomatoes and onions should act as the lubricant. Reheat on stove top, oven, or air fryer (with parchment paper)

Tip: This recipe will yield a lot which is great for leftovers/meal prep!

Cut this recipe in half if you do not want as much.

Bonus healing: Mix a potato (mashed or just baked) with the chili.
