Buldak Carbonara with Cool & Crunchy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
Thinly sliced cucumber
Sliced red onion
Grated carrots
Sweet corn (canned or boiled)
1â2 tbsp mayonnaise
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
A squeeze of sriracha (optional for heat)
-1 In a jar or container with a lid, add the cucumber, onion, carrots, and sweet corn.
-2 Spoon in the mayonnaise, then season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a squirt of sriracha.
-3 Close the lid and shake it well until everything is evenly mixed and coated.
-4 Serve chilled alongside your noodles for a refreshing crunch!
Buldak noodles:
Open the lid and take out the two sauce packets. Fill the cup with boiling water up to the line. Close the lid and wait 4 minutes. Poke small holes in the lid with a chopstick and drain the water. Stir the noodles to loosen them up. Add the spicy sauce, mix well. Add the cheese powder and mix again. Pour in 3â4 tbsp of heavy cream and some shredded mozzarella. Microwave for 2â3 minutes until the cheese melts. Stir and enjoy!
