Creamy Corn Buldak Stew Ramen

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 can sweet corn (drained)
1 tsp gochujang
1 tsp soy sauce
1 pack Buldak Stew-Type Ramen
Extra mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)

1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add Kashmiri chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and sugar. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in the sweet corn and mix well.
4. Add the heavy cream, gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir until everything is combined into a creamy sauce.
5. In a separate pot, cook your Buldak ramen according to the package directions. Save a small amount of the ramen cooking water.
6. Add the ramen water, cooked noodles, and Buldak sauce packet into the creamy corn sauce. Mix until the noodles are well coated.
7. Top with extra mozzarella cheese if you like it extra cheesy.
8. Serve hot and enjoy! ♥️
