Part 52: What is CYBERA.io? | Fraud Reporting, Proof for Victims, and My Case

Part 52 of the Justice DIY series explains what CYBERA.io is and how it connects to my case. CYBERA, Inc. is a SOC 2 Type II–certified fraud reporting platform, legally registered in New York under DOS ID: 5922106. It forwards victim reports to the U.S. Secret Service Cyber Fraud Task Force and the FBI IC3, giving fraud victims certified proof that their complaints are logged.

This proof cannot be erased, and it strengthens court filings, FOIL or FOIA requests, and legal challenges when local law enforcement — like the NYPD — mishandles or ignores victim evidence.

In my case, AWS hosted fraudulent platforms including Intellisoft.rest, Intellisoft.one, and at least 15 cloned domains that operated pig-butchering scams. These domains were shielded through Cloudflare and registered via NameSilo, allowing global fraud networks to exploit victims. By combining CYBERA reports with AWS evidence, victims can show negligence in both hosting and enforcement.
