No two courts are alike because there is no uniformity in the "Unified Court System"' which is an offshoot of the DOJ.

The US Code applies to THEM, no me, not you, not us.
Not people with private rights.

We do not go to court.
We do not agree to contracts with administrative agencies.

The "state" is a private corporation.
And as such, that requires my consent and a contract to do business with me.
