This is a quick but effective workout to build better posture and get rid of that neck hump and slouching. Just 10 minutes in a 45/15 format—11 exercises you can do every day.

In some of the exercises, I use a resistance band to make the workout more challenging and effective. But you can do everything without it if you prefer.

You can do this workout:
— before your full-body or upper-body workout
— after your main workout
— as a standalone daily routine for a healthy back and better posture
