Rose Tteokbokki with pan fried buldak dumplings 🔥

Ingredients
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 lb (450 g) rice cakes for tteokbokki, soaked in cold water for 1 hour
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup water
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add a little oil, then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until combined.
3. Pour in milk, heavy cream, and water. Mix well to form the rose sauce.
4. Add the soaked rice cakes and simmer for about 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until soft and chewy.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover until the cheese melts.
6. Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy hot! ✨ ♥️
