“The kid on the motorbike was the brother of the kid who passed away during the high speed chase on Dumfries going 96 😢 don’t know any other details than they were chasing him and he wrecked trying to get away and then they cuffed him. Kids ride around on those things all the time. Never seen or heard of them chasing them this much.”
