9/4/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Some Gangstalking PERPS Remove & Obscure Vehicle Plates

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Some of the various uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators think that obscuring part or all of their faces, vehicle license plate numbers would mean that my international group associates and I would not be able to track and get some kind of match on any of the gangstalking perps and collaborators. This is only one of the reasons why all the other global group members and I call the perps and collaborators a bunch of retards. Have they been living under some mountain caves as hermits? Do they even fathom that I am a former Federal Govenment national defence/national security related government department? Do they understand that whatever I do not fully know, I have my factions of anti corruption government official and politician friends to consult with? They can fill me in on things and give me tactical/strategic advice that I will then be obligated to pass along to the other international groups and their worldwide members, and our other farther away allied groups.

My local, national, and international group associates and I are not just merely walking and driving everywhere to record and share various area video and photographic images of different places just for fun. Yes, while it can be fun to record different locations as a form or amusement, those area videos and photographs contain faces, crowds, vehicles, buidlings. My groups associates and I have various skill sets gained from work experience from government agencies, corporations, community groups, etc. Do any of you think we can not put our brains together and sift any of the new images to match them with old previous images to find any matches? Human eyes, computers, and even artificial intellegence AI machines can all be used to do pattern analysis across the planet in a decentralized manner.

I had talks with some of my other group members and some of my factions of government officials and politician contacts about Greater Victoria BC Canada culture in general. Compared to places like Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Halifax Canada, Greater Victoria has a culture of small minded, minor league, quaint attitudes and worldview. It is one of those inefficient, "Why do anything in 1 year when I can slow down and do things in 20 years?", kind of mentality in all things. If anyone waits around for any results, you will die of old age and retirement before you even see one brick or concrete slab. Greater Victoria BC Canada is certainly even farther behind large A listed world class city metro regions such as: Los Angeles, New York, London UK, Paris, Madrid, Rome, Rio de Janiero, Berlin, Amsterdam, Athens, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Mumbai, Tokyo, Sydney, Vienna, Istanbul, Mexico City, others.

What does this have anything to do with the local uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators? They are even small minded in doing their perping actions. They see things in a small worldview. The uniformed and civilian perps and collaborators think they are going to keep things local or national at the most, whereas my global groups and allies think in terms of global reach. I am not going to waste my time and energy on doing only small scale. Only the unambitious are satisfied with getting a 100th place award prize. That would be an insult to my intelligence, background, and social rank status among all of the other international group members.

What my associates and I have done here is drag Victoria BC kicking and screaming into the big wider international world, whether it wants to or not. Sometimes, it is necessary to kick someone in the pants to get them to change, evolve, and move out of their complacency.

My associates and I have brought the international world to quaint old little Victoria BC Canada. The wild jungles of internet fame has many nice and/or nasty international organizations, their worldwide followers lurking around in the internet. We advertised Greater Victoria BC Canada like a homing beacon.
