Piyush Goyal: GST Slab Deductions Would Offset US Tariffs' impact

In an exclusive interview with Network 18’s Group Editor-in-Chief Rahul Joshi, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said that the recent deductions announced in GST slabs would help to minimise the impact of trade tariffs imposed by the United States. "It will create greater demand in the domestic market and will offset the impact of US tariffs. We are also working with 50 countries on complementary products and other measures", Goyal said.
