Rep. Tim Burchett on Stock Trading Ban for Congressmen

I am seeing wildly opposed views on this issue, some that applaud the effort to reign in the corrupt practice of "insider trading" which is illegal for everyone else, and a surprising number of people are furious that ANYONE should not be allowed to game the investment system. Strange times.
