Stage fright is not a pleasant experience but Putin ver 2.0 gave the young soldier patience and encouragement. The most important part is what Putin 2.0 said to the young soldier AFTER his speech, when Putin says he knows how he felt as he's been in this movie for 20 years. This plan has been in place for many years, at least JFK's "assassination", but we know JFK "survived" as in a staged assassination or at least an attempted assassination intercepted.
